Protecting Human Rights in the Scale-Up of HIV Testing and Counseling


Description

The program is systematically mapping publicly available HIV testing and counseling legal policies, tools and guidance currently in existence, with a particular focus on provider-initiated testing and counseling. These findings will inform preliminary recommendations for policy makers and progammers on integrating a human rights approach in HIV testing and counseling services.
