Taking the Women and Girls Centred HIV Response to the Next Level

The purpose of the session is to engage high level leadership behind UNAIDS’ work for women-centred HIV responses. It will do so by

1. Displaying progress made in the roll out of the Agenda – demonstrating that AIDS responses can be a vehicle to address women’s rights at country level
2. Demonstrating UNAIDS vision and transformational leadership on HIV and women’s rights issues.
3. Engaging high level opinion leaders from governments, civil society and the UN system to speak to key issues for the future roll out of the UNAIDS Agenda for Women and Girls
